  2. How do I care for my product and garment?

    Care Instructions

    All of our clothing is designed to be machine-washable
    Cold machine wash with similar colours
    Do not bleach
    Line Dry in shade, do not tumble dry
    Cool iron on reverse if needed, but do not iron on the TASMANIAN mark
    Do not dry clean

    Cups and Drink Bottle

    Wash by hand
    Our enamel mugs and drinks bottles are not dishwasher safe
    Do not use a brush or use any abrasive matters when cleaning these items.

  3. How much is shipping?

    We have a flat rate shipping cost within Australia of $12.00 for standard postage.

    Want your purchase sooner? Then please choose the express option at checkout (for purchases in Australia only) for $15.66.

    We offer free standard postage within Australia on all orders over $100.00.

    Orders typically ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays). Bulk orders can take up to 2 weeks.

  4. I need to return or exchange an item?

    We offer a 30 day hassle free returns, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at store@tasmanian.com.au

    Item Returns

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Let us know – email us at store@tasmanian.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange of product.
    2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, unused), at your cost. Please complete the form that you received with your original order with the return.
    3. We’ll check that everything is in order and we’ll process the refund asap (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method.

    Exchange, faulty or incorrect sizes

    If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide a refund if that size is sold out). Please follow these steps:

    1. Let us know – email us at Store@tasmanian.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
    2. Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled), at your cost. Please complete the form that you received with your original order with the return.
    3. We’ll check that everything is in order and we’ll post the replacement item to you asap.
  5. My purchase is faulty what do I do?

  6. What payment methods can I use?

    Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment, unfortunately we do not accept AMEX or Diners.

  7. When can I use a promo code?

    Each promotional code will have different terms and conditions as to when this can be used. These should be featured on the marketing communication you were sent or a link to the site will be provided where you can find the details about that specific promotional code.

  8. How long will my order take to be delivered?

    Once your order is placed, we expect your delivery to take 3-5 business days to metro areas and 6-7 business days in country areas

  9. Can I cancel my order once it has been processed?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. When your order arrives, please send the item that you no long require back to us and we will arrange a refund.

  10. Can I add to my order once it has been processed?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to add to an order once it has been processed.
